HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Go to our menu, select services and click on 'Book An Appointment' this will take you to www.bookings.gettimely.com and you can book your appointment here.
HOW LONG AFTER A FULL SET SHOULD I COME BACK FOR INFILLS?
I would recommend coming back between 2.5 - 3 weeks just to keep your lashes looking fresh and fluffy.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN MY LASHES?
You should clean your eyelash extensions weekly to avoid any make-up, dirt or oils being caught in your lashes affecting not only the appearance of your lashes but the retention too.
SHOULD I DO ANYTHING BEFORE ATTENDING MY APPOINTMENT?
If possible, please arrive at your appointment with no make-up on and your lashes free of oils and dirt. iIf you have chosen not to have a patch test prior to your appointment, you will have to sign a disclaimer upon arrival.
DO I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FOR MY EMAIL?
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam. If you still can't find anything please email thelashtech1@hotmail.com
HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you place your order you will receive an order number on the summary page. You will shortly after receive an email confirmation and then a further email when your order has been dispatched.
